What happens after contacting me? 

• I will respond you within 48 hours, and send an application form tailored to our first consultation. The form discovers your motivation, language background, and learning preferences.

• Once you've completed and returned the application, I'll suggest a convenient time for our initial online consultation.

• After confirming the appointment, you'll receive a Teams invitation (please confirm its receipt).

• Our consultation will last about 60 minutes, covering Neurolanguage Coaching (NLC), your language learning goals, preferred exercises, and any questions you might have. This is a commitment-free chat.

• In case you wish to proceed with personalized coaching, I'll create you a personalized roadmap with your goals, exercises, and proposed timelines including the package price, the terms and conditions.

• Following this, I'll schedule a brief (max. 10 min) call to discuss the offer letter.

• Once you've accepted and signed, I'll provide you with the payment details and the invoice.
• We can start the language learning journey together!
